Description

Here is a wonderful collection of traditional, vintage Ghungroo beads dating back to the late 20th century. Rooted deeply in Indian culture and classical dance traditions like Kathak and Bharatanatyam, these beads are designed to transform movement into rhythmic sound. Their top loops allow multiple bells to be tightly woven together with a thick cotton cord or mounted onto leather straps, creating a wearable ankle instrument. Whether you keep them as charms for anklets and bracelets or repurpose them into captivating earrings, these beautiful pieces will elegantly complement any modern jewellery box.

Please note each piece is picked at random.

The dimensions are as follows: H: 2cm - W: 1cm - L: 1cm
