Free delivery on all orders over £35 in England*.  Free postage is applied at checkout.

*surcharge applies for furniture deliveries in Islands and Highlands and remote areas including Wales. Please see below for all applicable postcodes. If additional delivery charge is required you will be contacted directly after checkout and before any delivery is scheduled.

Small items: 

£10.00 flat rate fee for all orders under £35

All small items are sent either by DHL or if this service is not available in your area, a suitable alternative courier.

Tracking details will be provided via email, text or call to a mobile.  It is your responsibility to track your parcels progress and reschedule delivery if it is not suitable. Furniture and Larger Items:

Larger items that cannot be boxed, such as furniture, will be sent with our specialist one man independent courier. This is a door to door service and all items will be wrapped in blankets for transport. Delivery timescale is dependant on the item and delivery location, most are made within 2-6 weeks but can be longer during busy times or if you are unavailable when the courier is in your area.

Highlands and Islands are not included within the UK Mainland. * (Postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE PO30, PO34-40, IM, BT & Channel Islands).

Contact details for the courier will be provided via email once your order has been collected. 

We will not  be held responsible for any shipping delays due to an incomplete address, incorrect phone number or  if no one is home when delivery is attempted.  We are also not responsible for any delays if an  independent courier needs to be used for your item / location where delivery has to fit around their schedule.

Please ensure larger items will fit through your doorways and into the desired space prior to ordering. Once items have been despatched the courier will be unable to return items to us without you incurring a delivery charge. If you need to return any item on this basis, or if you missed the arranged delivery, or provided an incorrect address or contact number, resulting in a failed delivery attempt, it is the customers responsibility to arrange and pay for any return. 

Please inspect items upon delivery as acceptance of the item is taken as the customer is satisfied with the product and that no damage has occurred in transit.
