These stunning Jali panelled doors originated in India. They have been hand-painted a beautiful brown and yellow colour, but due to the age of them, some of the paint has been lost. However, we believe that this only adds to the rustic charm of this piece. The handles and hinges are crafted from original ironwork, and the placement of the hinges makes it much easier to hang up on your wall. These beautiful doors would have been used to create a divide between rooms and to give privacy.
They can now be used for the same purpose or they can be used for decoration within your home, creating an authentic and oriental atmosphere.
