Late 20th Century Pink Indian Bobbins

These quaint pieces are known as bobbins and originated in India within the late 20th century. Their unique colour adds a sense of personality too them. They would've been used in the traditional bobbin lace craft. This handmade textile art consists of twisting and crossing threads on the bobbins to create a lace pattern. Nowadays, they would make a stunning yet subtle art decor piece.
