Description

These interesting Chinese containers originated in the Qing dynasty. They are made from elm and has all of their original lacquer work and metal bands around the centre. On the top of the lids there are little hand-carved Foo dogs which, in Chinese culture, symbolises protection. They originally would have been used to store dry goods such as herbs and spices. 

Nowadays however, they can be used as a unique storage space for your home!

The dimensions of these are as follows: H - 21cm, W - 19cm, D - 19cm.
