This beautiful red basket originated in China and would have been used as a wedding basket. It is made from a mixture of Chinese Hardwoods and has its original deep red lacquer work. It also has intricate carvings and gold bands that wrap around the entire piece.
Originally, it would have held weddings gifts for the bride and groom. Nowadays, it can be used as a unique storage space or décor for your home!
