This stunning box originated in India within the early 20th century, and it is handmade from brass. This box has a lovely simple design with just the raw brass shining through. It has a small handle on the top and a latch on the front. Originally, it would have been used to store chapatis, nowadays however, it would make a perfect jewellery or trinket box.
