This interesting piece originated in the Akita Prefecture, within the early Showa period. The outer fabric of this child's vest showcases a brushed textile which gives it that leaf-like pattern. The lining however, features a lovely indigo-dyed cotton. This vest would make a beautiful statement piece within any contemporary home!
