This is a perfect example of an original early 19th century Indian Bajot table which is made from teak. It has unique hand-carved carvings around the sides and it has metal rivets along the top. The originality of this piece however can be seen through the painted horse hoof legs which are not commonly found nowadays on Bajot tables. However, due to the age of the table, it has had work done to it overtime but this only adds quality and charm to this piece.
Originally, it would have been used to serve food off of. Nowadays, it can be used as a coffee table; adding an oriental feel to your home.
