This beautiful Indian brass box has been hand crafted with a hinged lid to reveal the bare inside of the box, which could have contained a tray which was commonly found in betel boxes. Betel boxes where used to store betel nuts that then would have been used for betel nut chewing.
Now it can be used as a stunning jewellery box or a lovely storage container for small and quaint items.
The dimensions are as follows: H - 8cm, W - 9cm, D - 15cm.
