Late 19th Century Eastern European Grain Store

This lovely piece originated in eastern Europe, possibly Hungary, in the 1890s. It was used as a grain store and was hollowed out and hand-carved from a block of Chinese softwood. Nowadays however, it can be used as a unique storage space or an interesting planter. 

The dimensions of this are as follows: H - 82cm, W - 32cm, D - 32cm.
