These late 19th century Japanese Isho Tansu Drawers would have been used to keep daily objects such as clothes, personal items etc. Now they can be used for the same reasons but this piece will add an authentic uniqueness to your home.
It is handmade using paulownia. It contains a natural finish and original metal handles. It was commonly found in the Meiji dynasty. The rich history of these drawers has been enhanced with later markings from previous owners.
