Indian Bajot tables are usually made out of teak wood, square, low and sturdy. They were, and still are, used as floor dining tables, serving tables and to house spiritual offerings. The age of these tables are Early 20th Century, they have aged with the most perfect imperfections, brilliant patina.
This particular Bajot table is made with heavy construction and large hand turned legs. You can clearly see carved details and metalwork around the apron. The top is made from a lovely two plank design.
In the Western modern home they will make a great side table, or a plant table.
The dimensions of this table are as follows- H - 18cm, L - 35cm, W - 35cm.
