This beautiful Indian window originated in Rajasthan, within the early 19th century. The wood has been hand-painted a lovely red colour but also showcases specks of blue paint too, giving it a rustic feel. The handmade metal lattice in the centre gave the perfect duality of security and relaxation, as it allowed air flow throughout the home, whilst being quite impenetrable. This window also has a line of unique circle carvings down one side.
Nowadays, this window can be used as a piece of décor for your home.
