This stunning pair of 19th century doors is a typical example of the type of doors found in Gujarat and Rajasthan. Would have originally been used as the entrance doors into the home. There brightly painted appearance and decorative carving makes a real statement. I see these doors as a piece of artwork just hung on the wall. But the amount of uses are endless. They would look stunning with mirror plates mounted behind the bars or to use in a garden setting with plants growing around it.
These door are not new so do have some age related marks. they are all complete with there original ironworks including the hand forged hinges.
