What is the return policy?
If you are not happy with the product we will happily accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Return postage is paid by the buyer unless the reason for the return is our fault.
What are the shipping options?
Apeman Interiors uses a number of different shippers/couriers so if you have a preference please let us know and we will do what we can for you. Couriers we currently use are Royal Mail, TNT, UK Mail / DHL, MyHermes, UPS and The Pallet Network.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide with international orders leaving us every week. Please contact us for a quote.
What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
If you are purchasing from abroad please ensure you look into any import duties you may need to pay before purchasing. All import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer.
When will I receive my order?
We attempt to get all orders dispatched within 2-5 days. Your order will often be dispatched sooner than this but to ensure that you are aware delays can happen we would prefer to give you an enlarged estimate. Couriers usually deliver the item anything from next day to 5 working days depending on the service used and delivery location.*
What do I do if I never received my order?
If you do not receive your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can get in touch with the couriers to attempt to find the parcel quickly and efficiently for you.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
If there are any issues with your product once received please contact us as soon as possible.
